Thenesh Rajasekaran

Thenesh spent most of his real estate career in Australia as a licensed land agent and auctioneer for 7 years, following his background and Masters in Marine Engineering from NUS. 

His transition into the industry was seamless, fuelled by his passion to assist his family members and relatives with property searches and comparative market analysis. He views real estate as a platform to build relationships and help people achieve their goals. Thenesh’s journey with PLB actually marks as his first venture into real estate in Singapore since his return. The alignment of PLB’s values with his own, coupled with a team model reminiscent of his experience abroad, was what attracted him to join the team.
