Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value. Honestly astounded by the quality of work these guys put in. My wife and I were looking for a HDB resale flat, and our initial concern was that the agents would end up deprioritizing our sale for more lucrative deals. It turned out to be the opposite. My agents Alan (Koh) and (Kee) Seng Huat worked tirelessly around the clock to give us the best offers possible. I especially appreciate their patience - they willingly entertain and answer (dumb) questions from first time buyers like me to the best of their ability. In the end, my wife and I were able to save a sizeable amount of cash (even after netting their commission fees) after our purchase. Would strongly recommend them to any home buyer.

Thank you for everything and the journey from selling (revamp + repaint, staging, videos and photos and last but not least marketing ads) and to buying (with detailed analysis of each and every unit, multiple viewings around the island including advisory + negotiation). Big shoutout to my agents, Seng Huat and Tiffany Ng, for their dedication and support during the sale of my property in the Woodleigh area.
