We have had a great experience with PLB. Jollene and Alexa were assigned to market our parent's unit and they went the extra mile to understand their circumstances ( in terms of finances, the offer price they wanted and when their next unit will be available), not only that, they even extended their help beyond their duties whenever needed. Even when unforeseen circumstances arise during the process, they were right into and ahead of the problem taking care of every detail. We are impressed by their professionalism throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation to preparation, photo-taking and putting up ads, they would take time and patience to explain every details to the elderly and always keep us updated on the progress, more importantly, the unit was sold in the first day of viewing. They made the entire process a breeze.

Highly recommended to engage PLB as agent as they are really good and professional. Kevin and Jollene are both my agents and they really spend their time and effort to do the marketing and advertising. My unit was sold at the price that I am expected and the fliming of my place was really professionally done. The staging of my unit was beautifully designed and it make the unit like showflat. Now my unit was sold, I can still watch the video if I miss the place. Really no regret of engaging them. in addition, due to buyer request for completion extension, PLB manage to rent out my place within short period of time and even fetch a very good rental lease amount. Good timing and good things happened. Praise the Lord!

Our agents Faruuq and Jolene have been excellent from Day One! They attended to all queries and clarification with our interests in mind. Hardworking and open to all sorts of feedback and feeding the feedback first verbally and then via WhatsApp for our record. They were optimistic throughout and understood our needs and at no time compromised on that. In negotiating the final price they were very sharp and presented all options for us to consider and advise on their recommendations too. Jollene and Alexa were extremely friendly, helpful and professional throughout the whole process of selling my house. I couldn’t sold my house after 4 months and multiple viewings with a previous agent, switched to PLB and sold off within less than 10 viewings. I definitely will engage them again in the future!
