We went through shortlisting and interviewing a lot of property agents as we wanted to find an agency that would get the best deal for our beloved house. With PLB's presentation and presence on the online channels they were our obvious choice. We think we got even luckier when we were able to work with Jesslin and Rachel. They took over the project as one of their own, we handed over the house to them and went travelling, the service was true five stars! From staging, video and photo shoots to listing and conducting viewing (even getting minor repairs) ... they took over handling everything. They kept us informed promptly about all viewings while we were away and looked after the house as their own. Friendly and approachable they were one of the best consultants we have ever worked with. The most commendable part is that they were able to sell the house with a lease for us above the price we wanted .. Their service didn't end there .... preparation of documents, getting a lawyer, inventory and getting suppliers to fix somethings in the house was other things that they handled for us. PLB is a one stop service, they will do any and everything for you to make sure that the owners have little to do. If you want a handsfree process of selling your house with a professional and friendly team, we definitely recommend Rachel and Jesslin, Highly recommended!
