Excellent professional service by both Kevin Lim, Cheryl Loh as well as the PLB team involved in the sale process of my property👍 The house was beautifully captured in photo and 3D imagery, which provided an outstanding view of the property🏠 I was kept informed and updated promptly after every viewing with their short and concise summary😊 It was especially helpful for me that viewings were handled by both Kevin and Cheryl (without needing my presence) as it freed up my time and schedule☺️ The sound and rational advice provided by Kevin and Cheryl proved to be crucial in helping me decide on the best strategy in the successful sale of my property👍 Thank you once again to PLB team🙏

We were buyers of a home being sold by sellers represented by Cheryl and Caline from PLB. Despite not being their direct clients, they were willing to assist us with all our questions during the sales process. Being first-time home buyers, it made our home-buying journey smooth and easy. Based on conversations I have had with others, this high quality of service from the other party's agents is extremely hard to come by and I also believe it was done in the best interest of the seller. Overall, the experience was pleasant from Day 1 and allowed us to form a very cordial relationship with the seller at the keys handover. We would not hesitate to consider engaging Cheryl or PLB for our own property matters in the future. :)

Cheryl, Ramzi from PLB were excellent property agents.. They made the process of selling our HDB quite pleasant, and efficient (sold in one viewing). Due to how PLB operates, when you engage them, its not just the agents.. there is an entire team working together seeling the property doing their media,marketing, etc.. Granted they charge more (*note they have the industry norm package). You pay for the quality and presence they have in the property market sector. Thank you for selling our house and all the best to PLB..

We are very pleased with PLB as many aspects from first touch point till completion of transaction has way exceeded ourexpectation. When I first sent my interest with PLB, they immediately contacted me the next day. They have provided very good service and prompt responsiveness all the way. For a normal hdb transaction, we did not expect to have 2 agents (who turned friends), Charline Wong & Felicia Neo working on it. We are very appreciative of their effort they went the extra mile to even help me to clean my up place and move furniture for the video tour, as well as assisted me with my multiple queries and house viewings throughout the few mths with them. Charline is very efficient and prompt in her response always (sometimes as fast as responding within the same minute that I texted!) She went with us on a lot of viewings and proactively gave us updates whenever she receive it. Felicia advised on the strategy to negotiate on the transactions and also, answered our difficult questions very well. In addition, we are also very thankful for a 3rd agent, Cheryl Loh who came in to help me sell my house. This really impressed me as it shows the great teamwork that PLB staff have. Cheryl is very knowledgeable and shared a lot of insights with us. Thanks so much to the 3 of you! We are sincerely very blessed to have you guys! Can't rent, can't sell? Get in touch with PLB right now! This is my second time engaging PLB. The first time, Gavin successfully sold my property that was marketed for months with very few viewings by several agents. PLB perform realistic technical analysis on our property and marketed it the way it truly deserved. The sale was transacted seamlessly and stress- free.. Once again, we contacted PLB for the rental of our second property after it was left empty for months by when it was marketed our previous agent. Cheryl and Gavin saw to the successful rental of our property within a week of listing. Not only that, they assisted me greatly and coordinated with the tenants and handyman to ensure all the defects of the rental property was seen to. Very grateful for their professional help. Very thankful to the awesome team of Alan, Cheryl and Rachel for making our whole sale and purchase process a very smooth one. We met Alan and Cheryl while viewing one of their listings and they reached out to better understand our needs and goals> They came prepared with a detailed and personalized presentation deck for our first 2 non obligatory consultation sessions and shared a lot of their knowledge and experience with us. We were very impressed with the research they did and decided to engage them immediately.
