Our agents Faruuq and Jolene have been excellent from Day One! They attended to all queries and clarification with our interests in mind. Hardworking and open to all sorts of feedback and feeding the feedback first verbally and then via WhatsApp for our record. They were optimistic throughout and understood our needs and at no time compromised on that. In negotiating the final price they were very sharp and presented all options for us to consider and advise on their recommendations too. Always ensured our place was ready for viewers and presented all the plus points convincingly. Faruuq and Bryan have both been extremely helpful since the engagement with them both in selling our unit. They are both communicative, organized in the work and suites busy working couples going through the property process. In addition, what i particularly liked is the feedback we received for each viewing which was useful and gave us the sense that the project was moving along as expected. Property Lim Brothers had provided an excellent digital video tour of our unit which we were very pleased with along with the regular house viewing of the potential buyers. We would wholeheartedly recommend Property Lim Brothers with our friends who awaiting our feedback on their service as they too will be going through a similar experience to us. A very clear and concise presenter. He listens attentively to our needs and requirements and delivers well above expectations. Video tour presentation is of excellent quality, viewings were well coordinated and planned out all within a single day, updates of the viewings was prompt, going above and beyond in so many instances - late night discussions, patiently clarifying to buyers who are not represented by agents, etc. Property was sold within days of listing.
