Shawn Aw

Shawn’s professional journey is marked by a path of self-discovery and adaptability. Armed with a diploma in International Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, which led him to venture the corporate world, where he soon realised it wasn’t the right fit. Shawn then explored a career in the Navy as a specialist, relishing the opportunities to explore the world. Unfortunately, an injury during his sailing endeavours cut his naval career short, leading him to contemplate other options. Shawn’s determination and resourcefulness shone through as he studied for the Real Estate Salesperson (RES) course and exam during his last few months of service while still reporting for duty daily. This marked the beginning of his career in real estate. Shawn’s interest in becoming a real estate agent was rooted in his childhood fascination with property and showflats, which left an indelible impression on him. His curiosity about the popularity of real estate among Singaporeans served as the driving force behind his decision to pursue this field. As they say, everything happens for a reason. Shawn made the switch to PLB from another agency after noticing our close-knit and camaraderie-driven team. Plus, his unique blend of practicality, passion, and adaptability makes him a standout figure. Outside real estate, Shawn spends most of his available time on sports and the occasional game or two.
