I optioned one unit which is very well located and oriented. This was mostly contributed to the seller agent Mr Ramzi although he was not representing me. As representative of the seller, he was well versed with the pros and cons of this unit, with his transparency and honesty, I had full trust in him and his service. On the same day we made the offer and did OTP, the process was smooth and he was able to provide me some professional advice. Good and trustworthy agent firm. Recommend.

The photos, videos and virtual tour were really impressive and well done. I was surprised how accurate and close to real life the photos were when I viewed the unit. I'd also like to give Jun Wei two thumbs up for going the extra mile in providing excellent service.
